16 starters competed in the EWU Superhorse - a discipline in which every horse has to be in perfect harmony with its rider in order to be able to perform the fast consecutive manoeuvres from four different disciplines. Anja Maschner achieved this sensationally with her 11-year-old gelding My Salling Sam. The judges gave her scores of up to 77.5! Anja Maschner received a total of 227 points (72.5; 77; 77.5).
The gelding Suchagent Surprise led his rider Leonie Christiansen-Ahandagbe to second place with a score of 223.5 with another very harmonious and harmonious ride. In order to reach third place, a score of 217 was needed, which Milena Guggenmos achieved on "OW Reds Maximus", an 8-year-old gelding. Nadine Hartmann finished fourth on Okleos Holi Gold (score 207) ahead of Emilie Stiwing on Calibars Magic Touch, Walter Langer on Tabanos Peponita, Anna Gürlich on Zippos Vision, Astrid Rensmann on AR Our Last Ruggy, Evelyn Honegger on Step n Whiz, and Tereza Trestikova on AP Royal Bar.
The Superhorse demanded a lot from several riders. In the special atmosphere of the Americana-Arena, even experienced Superhorse teams were not able to keep their cool. The horses liked to look at the spectators and the riders unfortunately often made mistakes that normally don't happen. Also the poles painted with the USA led to the confusion of the horses.
The Youth 14-18 went to Petra Federer, who scored a 210.5 with Jolly Spangled Whiz. Second was the Austrian Celina Bachleitner on Paintball Gun. The Youth -13 was won by Pius Birkenbach with Damon Playtime.
